The quintessential American legacy hop variety! The entire American hop industry used to produce Clusters over half a century ago. It survives to this day and, despite some people’s love or hate relationship with it, is resurging in popularity. Cluster offers a clean bitterness without any noticeable off flavors. Over the years, Cluster has been used in just about every type of beer and has a distinct flavor that some refer to as black currant.
