For brewers who want to push flavor to its boundaries, Bramling Cross has as much uniqueness as one little cone can hold. Popularly used in dark brews like Porters and Stouts, the Bramling Cross serves nicely as a bittering hop and has found its way into a variety of new beers. When added late in the boil it can pack an aromatic punch of black currant, pears and citrusy lemon spices.
