If you are looking for subtle mandarin and sweet tangerine citrus notes, you will find them in this newer flavor Hop. A German version of the Citra Hop, Mandarina Bavaria is very fruit forward. Some consider it to be a “tangerine dream” when used for dry hopping. Mandarina Bavaria pairs great with other hops but can undoubtedly stand-alone and make a flavorful Summer-esque IPA.
