Like a true child of the 70’s, Perle Hops have a fresh earthy vibe. They are a dual-purpose hop that work well alone but also play nice with other hops. Their characteristics are similar to Sterling Hops. Perle Hops offer a refreshing minty bitterness when used in Pilsners, Lagers, Alts, and Dunkles.
