A bit more aromatic than the original, Hallertauer Tradition Hops add a clean herbal and floral aroma to German beers. This classically engineered hop defines many lagers, pilsners and hefs as it maintains many noble characteristics from its predecessors. Tradition hops have a medium intensity and contain an earthy grassy aroma, with up front sweet smelling tones of plums and raisins. Consider it a worthy substitute for Hallertau Mittelfruh.
